I was very stressed out this week and when I am stressed, I seem to turn to food....bad food.....Two pounds is not to bad but not good either. I am back on track now though...:)
421.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 171.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
