Well, after two weeks of vacation, the pants are not fitting well! UGH!

Too much alcohol -> 1 drink Thurs, 2 Fri, 2 Sat
Too many refined grains -> focus on whole grains, fruits, and veggies
Late night eating -> no carbs after 7pm, no food after 9pm

My plan is to focus on the healthy version of the above habits for a couple of weeks, and see how far I get. Wish me luck!
135.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
