so when I started this journey I weighed 247lbs. I now weigh 207lbs. With Herbalife and working out, I am almost to my goal! positive mind equal positive results! inbox me if you want to know how I did it!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
