I'll take it, after the Monday all you can eat I was working against myself until the latter half of the week. A good 2hr gardening session and general cardio exercise this week and strict adherence to the diet helped this result. Staying the same is about as good as I could have hoped for. Starting this week strong and I am looking forward to next week's progress.
