During the week I'm doing really well I don't go out to eat at all and made nutritious food lean protein and lots of veggies the foreman does wonders to chicken 😜 still having a two glasses of red wine a night and healthy fruit dessert every night on a Fuji cinnamon bake with pb2 sauce and attic zone ice cream! Weekends we've been out with family enjoying restaurants. I have been pushing to get a workout in everyday last two nights I had to go late went to yoga at 8pm and actually loved it and yesterday went for a short 5k with stadium stairs at 9pm been sleep trainings my son this week schedule has been out of sack with my sleep
131.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 131.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week
