Believe it or not, this is a vegetarian “meatloaf”! It has onion, garlic, mushrooms, walnuts, cashews, brown rice, cottage cheese, Swiss cheese, eggs, spices. It’s one of my fav recipes! You can check it out on A Couple Cooks website.
