I weighed in today even though I am early to see if me getting off the carbonation is helping at all. I have gotten down in weight. Which is a good sign. We'll see what my numbers say on Friday
203.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1812 kcal Fat: 60.27g | Prot: 60.25g | Carb: 263.05g.   Breakfast: Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey, banana cream pie yoplait, Honey Nut Cream Cheese. Lunch: yellow rice, zucchini, iced tea, pita bread, chicken. Dinner: crystal light green tea, nabisco wheat thins, ice cream sandwich. Snacks/Other: water, betty crocker vanilla icing, SuperMoist Dark Chocolate Cake Mix, davids sunflower seeds, strawberry. more...
