Stopped the detox tinctures and will go back to my regular IF and animal protein style.
Fasted since 1000 yesterday and will break fast after lifting today.
Lifting schedule: (3x 8-12)
Pullups
Incline DB Press
Leg Press
Rack pulls
Incline DB Flys
Traps Plate raise
Shrug/ Reverse Fly superset
Normally, today would be biceps and triceps but I missed two full body workouts this week, so making up.
268.4 lb Lost so far: 26.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
