Well, I didn't do so well on my first day back on my diet. I had some ice cream from work. I work at Friendly's Restaurant. You know how hard it is not to have some. Well, I did do ok with dinner. Their grilled chicken, plain, and their broccoli. I drank only water today. My husband decided he didn't want to drink skim milk, so he had bought 1%. I will have to buy skim tomorrow. I know I probably walked at least a mile this evening at work. I hope I didn't mess up the diet too much, but tomorrow FULL BLAST! Have a good night everyone. Keep up the great job. Don't forget to say your prayers.
