So... fell off the bandwagon for the month of September... it all started with my birthday at the beginning of the month and went downhill from there.
Today is a new week... because for some reason I always need to start dieting on Mondays! haha
I dragged a bunch of facebook friends into it too... we'll see.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
