Although I haven't gone off the beaten path, that is, gone over my original weight goal, I need to be accountable for what I eat. I find it extremely helpful to HAVE to log what I eat. And with school starting in 2 weeks it will be more structured! Need to only consume no more than 15 grams of sugar daily! I find that this keeps the inches off the waist.
