I wish I could stop with the sweets.
it's mainly in the middle of the night I feel like something, I think to myself ...ill just have a couple pieces of chocolate ...& then 12peices later ...I'm like F@$K!!!!! 🚫

I'm the same! The trick is not to eat the first piece in the first place, but I'm struggling with that too.....I've tried only buying Lindt 75% or higher, but my family still buy the sweet stuff 😩

have you tried deli originals cucumbers or olives... can be a great replacement for chocolate. Intermittent fasting 16:8 is another alternative.

I can normally resist alright but once I break & have a peice ...next I'm 12-16peices deep lol. I haven't tried deli originals ...must look them up & I do fast ...but I also cheat lol.

Fix your gut! And your sugar craving will vanish! Also make sure your over all calorie intake is appropriate as per your expenditure.

Sorry what do U mean? My intake is 1200calories but I don't use it all up ...that's probably the problem, why I'm hungry

Yes! If you are not evening hitting 1200, then your body will keep asking for energy and you end up eating sugar cause, that also lead to imbalance in you gut bacteria. Which will eventually increase visceral fat. High visceral fat = sugar cravings.

If I have sugar cravings, or just feeling hungry my go to is ‘fat’.

@angie You don't want to hear this.. So.. Stop reading now. It's choice. You have it. My weakness is the 70% Dark Chocolate. I start at one row.. then.. Like you said.. It's all gone. I kid myself.. That.. It's not as bad because.. It's dark chocolate🤪 Btw.. Yeah . If your calorie intake is so low(1200?)..you probably need to double the protein intake.. To reduce the hunger cravings. It's a joinery.. Enjoy the ride.

I have choice but no willpower, I recently had up smoking so finding the no sweets abit hard. I'm 81days today. I just have to learn to say NO.

I’m going to be super boring here but I brush my teeth and that helps with the sweet craving…😂 And distraction, if you can… 😬
