today starts day 1 of not giving up om loosing weight. will be eating 2 fruits a day and drinking 8 glasses of water and walking 1 mile aday.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
