Did really well hitting my step goals this past week, but then they went and closed down our gym two days to replace the carpeting and repaint the walls (no new machinery to go with the upgrade, however :( ).
I finally 1/2 transitioned over to my new team at work (1/2 only, because they have yet to hire someone to back fill my old position, so part of my day is spent trying to make sure that doesn't fall too far behind). Made Blueberry Cheesecake cookies for my new team, only had two instead of the 15 I felt I could've eaten without issue.
The plan this week is to get back into the good gym habits I'd been starting last week.
