Managed to maintain this week despite giving in to hormonal cravings. Ate waay too many calories and too much sugar early in the week, but reeled it in the latter half. I love being a woman, but those 5-7 days are a roller coaster, lol! I'll put no gain / no loss in the "W" column and re-focus these next 2-3 weeks. Only 5.5 lbs to goal!
