So my diet was really good for a bit but by the end of the 45 challenge I ate outside of my ok foods. I was suppose to give up pasta, pizza and breads. I haven't eaten bread but I did have some pastas and pizzas. My diet was to have my caleries include 45% protein. This is hard, like eating almost every kind of meat and still having to drink down a protein shake but I see the results of my hard work at the gym because of this. I'm still learning and need to start a new challenge to keep myself motivated but I think my goal of getting 10 pounds below 200 before (full body camera time) Halloween is still possible.

It's really hard to lose wait while breastfeeding.
