I didn't make healthy choices today... this is my last week working full time (three 13 hour shifts), next week it will be two 13 hour shifts.

Tomorrow is a new day. Start over and think about the choices. Opt away from fast food if you can. That will only hinder any weight loss. If you need something quick, there are plenty of places you can get a salad to go - even some of the McDonald's salads (without chicken) aren't too bad for you. You'll be back on track before you know it.
