Day 1 of both challenges (Reduce Alcohol & 15 min, 5 days a week)& i am proud to say i walked 20 minutes & skipped the evening glass or two of wine....watched an Ep of True Blood after exercising & had some 94% Fat Free Popcorn instead w/sparkling water & lemon! :)
Off to a great start on both challenges....looking forward to a great 2nd day on both as well now!
