I just discovered a delicious snackā€”a rice cake with 1 tablespoon of cashew butter smeared across the top. 🥰🥰🥰 Tasty and easier on the teeth than popcorn.

clio yogurt bar, the 60 calories ones. Catalina Crunch, cereal I eat as a snack without milk. I like the dark chocolate and the cinnamon toast. it's supposed to be keto friendly, just make sure you weigh it, 110 calorie serving is 36 grams. I like to mix the two flavors!

also for desserts I make a weight watchers recipe called creamy jello yogurt fluff. I also make instant sugar free jello pudding at home and add a tsp of sugar free chocolate chips on top or a tbsp of cool whip.

I have 1/2 cup cottage cheese full fat and 1/2 cup applesauce, not unsweetened. great snack at around 200 calories.
