Yay! 2 weeks in a row!!!
157.0 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1795 kcal Fat: 40.44g | Prot: 62.28g | Carb: 289.46g.   Breakfast: Strawberries, Raspberries, Tesco Swiss Style Muesli, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, 2% Fat Milk (Semi-Skimmed Milk), Flora Light, Toasted White Bread, EasiYo Low Fat Greek Yoghurt. Lunch: Pork Meatballs, Bananas, Tesco Fusilli, Mayonnaise (Low Calorie), Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner: Aldi Breaded Chicken Fillet, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin, Baked), Heinz Curry Beanz, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Snacks/Other: Tower Gate Oaties, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Marshmallows, Apples, Lidl Sirius Muesli Barre de Céréale au Chocolat au Lait et Préparation A la Banane. more...
