i can't stop eating!!!!!

Try increasing fruits and veggies when you get the urge...unsalted rice cakes are also good for low points and fullness..I also increase my protein a few ounces in a few meals and that seems to help decrease that urge to eat everything in sight...Weight Watchers online has great tips for cravings...
