Better today but not completely up to snuff. Looking forward to tomorrow. At a standstill on my weight. Just sitting there. I need another hobby since I can't work in the yard any more. We need rain too. It looks like the Devil took up residence here it's so dry.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
