Well after yesterdays epic walk woke up rather hungry.......decided on a cooked breakfeast.......mushrooms, tomato, hashbrowns, beans, scramble eggs and bacon......bacon grilled, mushrooms tomato hashbrowns in oven.....squirted shrooms with a little spray oil salt pepper......was ok but to be honest going of fatty stuff these days.
Today plan to walk 7km and a swim....I must hit my 1 stone target at slimming world which is only a lb, on yesterday lost 900g big happy smile.......oh i can wait to be thin and fit into some nice clothes!
