Well after yesterdays epic walk woke up rather hungry.......decided on a cooked breakfeast.......mushrooms, tomato, hashbrowns, beans, scramble eggs and bacon......bacon grilled, mushrooms tomato hashbrowns in oven.....squirted shrooms with a little spray oil salt pepper......was ok but to be honest going of fatty stuff these days.

Today plan to walk 7km and a swim....I must hit my 1 stone target at slimming world which is only a lb, on yesterday lost 900g big happy smile.......oh i can wait to be thin and fit into some nice clothes!

It's not a sprint, it's a marathon, a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle. After you get to your goal weight then the maintaining begins and that's not easy either. You don't want to lose the weight too fast anyway because the faster the weight goes, the more lose skin you'll end up.
