been retaining a lot of fluid. gained almost 20 lb in last month. yesterday called my cardiologist about wheezing and fluid retention. he is out of office. triage nurse suggested i go to e/r. they did urine test, EKG, blood work, ultrasound on belly (to check fluid level) gave me oxygen, and a abuteral treatment. sent home and told me to talk to cardiologist. called Dr Rafael today (busy out of office) triage nurse said to keep sodium content in food 1500-2300 ml. elevate feet when i can and she will try to get me appt for next week.
