Well got to 175 then the world was on my ass that went too far I said screw and just stopped caring. I got back up to 250 but now trying to care again since I’ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Today I’m at 227 and got my sugars back down. A1C is still high but it will take some time for it to go down. My estimated A1C is 5.8 on my app. Hoping to hit 175 again and this time ignore the idiots that doesn’t want to see me happy.
