do you plan meals? i have got into habit of planning next few days so i will stick to it and has prevented me from eating wrong things and when its written down you can see if its balanced etc. i challenged myself to eating 2 fruit and 5 veg everyday which found hard at first but that was a few weeks ago and love it now have so much energy and dont crave anthing naughty

Yea i plan sometimes but not always.i just need to be more organises i think and esp drink more water as that helps me.just a love hate relationship with food at the mo.

some days water seems so hard i make myself drink 2 litres a day. what's your favourite food? I restrict treats to once a month

Definitely find some "good" foods to keep in the house as snacks etc, pop corn in place of crisps for example, non alcoholic beer and wine are low calorie too, lots of fruit and veg, dice it to make fruit salads ( I find that helps to stop it being boring). Good luck.
