I really blew it this weekend - managed to be pretty good on my days off while at home Thursday afternoon and Friday - lots of housework and yardwork combined with healthy eating but Saturday (reunion potluck) and Sunday (Montana Fair) were disasters and I paid for that last night by not being able to sleep half the night. Junk food and me just don't go together - when will I every learn ?
