Ate very little today. Had a box of lifesavers gummies for lunch. Mumm. I go to bed hungry everynight (else I completely binge). I'm always excited about breakfast. My rule for breakfast is I can eat whatever I want, and most of the time I try to eat things that keep me full the longest (ie oatmeal) because it is the meal that has to hold me over the rest of the day.
Mumm so I'm excited about tmm breakfast (oatmeal, fruit, and turkey sausage!)
