Family party today. I made pot roast with vegetables. Sides were mashed potatoes and gravy. Garlic knots. Angel food cake with whipped cream and strawberries for dessert. I tracked every bit of it.

Party food, so a lot of calories and zero green vegetables, but it's the season. None of my family cares for healthy food. 🥴
