@LivinBreezy - Just a type of low calorie/ carb plant based noodles. They’re many different brands but most are about 20 calories per pack.

Thanks, I've been using Palmini Hearts of Palm. Good variety, angel hair etc. Not bad.

Hey Zane, this looks awesome! If you don’t mind, could you share your recipe? I’m just starting on a high protein/low carb diet, and definitely looking for options other than the same old staples. Thanks for any info!

@ Ravioli-Holiday- No recipe. I just sauté the ingredients until tender in a bit of chicken stock and garlic. I steam the mussels with the lid on for about 7 minutes and add the noodles last since they only need heating. I believe I added some soy to this for flavoring. Hope that helps.
