So I'm back! I've been woman down with flu and then just when I thought it was gone a triple in sinus, ear and kidney infection. I've been miserable and over eating for two weeks. I'm so glad I've only put on this kg and a bit. Now that my strength is back, its time to get back to it. Hope you have all been well while I was gone! Have a great week! :)
