I am always starting over -- dieting, exercise, piano. I'm too old to always be starting over. I need to maintain and commit. I will stick to my journaling of intake and try to keep a better journal of how I feel, etc., to go along with it. Right now, I'm feeling anxiety about next week's doctor's appointment, but I won't eat poorly because of it. I need to exercise to release this anxiousness. I also need a chiropractic adjustment. My back and neck are in bad shape right now.
