Well, yesterday was one of vigorous exercise. Today it is raining, at least, lightly now at 5:08 in the morning.

Today can be a weight lifting day which would mean that I can do the same on Wednesday and Friday. Bruce indicated he lifts 5 days a week. I'm going to seek the assistance of a trainer, at least, initially to develop a program of weight training. I think if I have an actual program to follow, I'll do a lot better.
192.8 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
