Ok, so today is my birthday. Today is "eat what I want day" and I will forget about it tomorrow and move on. So indeed I did. Breakfast with my best friend in a cafe and I had a egg and sausage wrap. Lunch was with my husband at a really good Chinese restaurant and we had a banquet - followed by birthday cake and champagne. Dinner was Maccas (I thought I would kill the craving with one hit). Tomorrow is a new day. Happy Birthday to me.
