Day #1. Not so bad, I put all my goodies into portions that I could snack on all day. Had a wonderful breakfast of flaxseed oatmeal, snacked on some sunflower seeds, Then had tofu and a red bell pepper, next snack was Rye crackers and veggie cheese, then a Banana. Dinner was a red bell pepper stuffed with 15 different beans, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Not a bad start. Spent more time with God today than yesterday that's a plus.
