The last month has been difficult. I made the conscious decision to start creatine, knowing full well that I would likely put on a few pounds of water during the loading phase.
I was not wrong. 😅
I probably should have gotten off that last pound and a half before starting, because I went from 1.5 lbs to goal, to 4 lbs from goal. 😭
At this point, it's unclear how much is water, how much is new muscle 💪 and how much fat I might have shed, if any.
Definitely starting to see some definition! Ready for that scale to start moving back in the right direction.
I've stuck firmly to my 1500 calories, upped my protein into the 30% range, and I'm not missing any workouts.
Just hanging in there through the roller coaster!! 🎢🎢
