Over the weekend was clearly disappointing. But today is Monday and I am ready to start back up and do good for the week. I have a date with the gym tonight in hopes that putting some excercise into my routine might help with numbers. I am so close to be under 200 which has been a long time since being there that I would really like to get there this weekend with a great number of weight loss in my weigh in.
I don't think I have been under 200 since before I was pregnant with my last baby 3 years ago. It would be real satisfaction to get to that next goal.
