Almost hit goal and then enjoyed summer a little too much! Back at it now - and now I know what works so hopefully this 5 pounds won't take so long to lose again...
140.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
