An Eddie Abbew inspired meal, minus the waters crackers. He often has scrabbled eggs w cheese. Decided to have my cheese seperate,as I like my eggs plain. Giving his meal plan a try. Finding it very hard though,as he does zero snacks/sugar/processed foods

Haven't heard of him, but I'm a fan of minimizing processed foods. I've relaxed a bit about them (I'm an everything in moderation type), but in general I think you're best off with whole foods. Hope it works for you!

eddie abbew was a beast back in yhe day but hus food advice is too restrictive, I'd follow fitnesschef, Eric Roberts and Dr idz

Tiesha -- I always say a diet should be like a husband. You want the one you can live with the rest of your life and don't feel compelled to cheat on 😂 That said, sometimes experimenting teaches you something and introduces you to new foods. Or shows you what absolutely does not work for you. (I lasted 3 hours on IF 🤣) The danger is getting into a restrict and binge cycle, so try to steer clear of that. Good luck!

🤣🤣🤣 Youre absolutely right writingwyo! On that note I've gone and brought myself a tiny bar dark chocolate 😋 ...moderation and all xx

Eat what you enjoy, focus on whole foods but the odd cracker or nub of chocolate isn't a deal breaker, just stay within your daily calories

Hence why I said "Minus the crackers" boostaboosh 🤣🤣🤣

Thank you gee5641 I agree. If I'm going to succeed in any diet or lifestyle change I'm going to need those little treats in-between, every now and then x

Also, gee5641 I've followed the 3 you recommended on Instagram. Loving them all, especially Eric Roberts, so thank you x

Glad you like them and they're certainly more helpful than calling every food sh1t, there's another guy but I forget his name who's clear, concise and to the point, I'll get back to you...
