I have been struggling lately. I have given in to food I had stop eating and I have not been keeping up with my exercise. I just feel plain lazy!

If you are eating high fat or high sugar foods, then that is why you feel lazy or "sluggish" --- it's the food, not you, dear! Taper off on the bad stuff, drink lots of water to flush it out and soon you will feel renewed! Good luck! You can start over!
