Did a intake for therapy yesterday, suppose to see psych. doctor today get to appt. and she is called away for emergency. Just my luck. Didn't go to exercise class, but danced and moved for an hour. So much energy today. Invited to a challenge on FS. Going to try my best. Get healthy and lose enough weight for knee surgery(don't know that number yet). Then I will be unstoppable. Stay positive and smile.
