I've been eating so unhealthy and bad for the past few days. I haven't been working out AT ALL for almost a week.. A WEEK!!!! >:O I'm so disappointed in myself.. Seriously. I feel disgusting and fat. :'(( I've gained 4 pounds in the last week... That's not even good AT ALL!!! >:O I've lost control, FUCK!
