This last weekend I did not follow a diet at all but I don't feel like I over ate that badly, certainly not enough in 2 days to gain 1.5 lbs over the week. I've been weighing myself all week and I've been at 145.

Yesterday, I over ate a lot because I felt like I was starving. It was my first day back at swimming and while the workout doesn't really burn that much, I was soooooooo hungry all day. I gave in because I thought my body was telling me something. Today, I exercised a lot and ate smartly. I am at a 1000 cal deficit today so far and I feel really good. I think that I may be trying to restrict my eating too much and that this is causing me to get hungry and my metabolism to slow. I may need to be eating a bit more overall I think. I certainly feel much better today and was way more active, after allowing myself to eat what I wanted yesterday. And, of course, there has been no change in my weight in spite of indulging myself yesterday.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
