Today it started out rainy and cool. I loved it since it's been 110 for the past 2 months. I didn't work out today since I worked out 4 days in a row already. I'll work out tomorrow and Saturday and take off Sunday. I need to sleep more. I am glad that I read some books on lifting weights and losing weight. Since the body needs water to heal the ripped muscle, I retain more water a few days after my work out. Since I workout almost everyday, My weight will fluctuate 3-5 pounds daily. I'm happy though I am eating an average of 2019 calories a day and my RDI is 4100. Starting out weighing 297 a few months ago I can see my goal.
