Well today I worked out for 1 1/2 hours.... first 30 minutes was on the treadmill, then weight lifting, and finally swimming in my pool. I was so amazed at how quickly it went. I have been cheating lately and need to kick it up a bit.....but I am hoping I am on track again. :)
I took a picture of me when I started my new life journey to a healthier me and just compared my June, July and August photos, Wow!! There was a difference and the biggest thing that surprised me was that my weight loss has been all over..... not just in one area, but all over my body....arms, back, waist, legs, ect..... Sometimes I get discouraged and have those really bad gonna give up days, but today is not one of them. I will post an updated photo of me when another two months have passed.....my new photo will be when I reach my mid goal of breaking 200 pounds...that will be my new photo!
I hope everyone is doing well and making it one meal at a time. :)
