I was back at 64 and just had a few big eating weekends and feeling bloated and not good. Have really upped exercise, starting running again. With yoga, team sports and swimming i think workout wise will be fine. The trick will be to avoid Big meals, snacking, desserts and general mindless eating. I havnt actually been too bad last three weeks but meal size needs to go down. It starts now! 0.4 kg a week. 61 is goal.
