No weight loss this morning. (No bowel activity!) Yesterday's Calories 1,455, Fiber 22g, Protein 89g, only drank 3-1/2 16-oz waters, but 7 cans of Diet Coke, did all PT exercises. When I went to bed at 5pm, I had only walked 5 miles, but when I got up at 8 to take Advil and Tylenol, I walked another mile - so I got in my six, PTL. Making a high-calorie lunch today: Chicken Casserole, Parsleyed Potatoes and Green Beane. The casserole is 398 calories for 1/8th of a 9x13" dish, so I'm only going to have 3/4 of a serving. The Parsleyed Potatoes I'm only going to have 1/2 a cup which, with the butter in them, I estimate at 152 calories. Only having half a serving of green beans - so my total for lunch will be 481, which is about 200-250 calories more than I like to have for that meal. Not sure what I'll do about that going forward - might just let my husband eat it all and I'll have a Lean Cuisine. It would be a good meal to freeze, but I don't have any freezer space with all the Lean Cuisines in there! They're on sale again this week 4/$10, so I'm stocking up! Can't beat 180-250 calories for lunch! OK, almost time to get my grandson ready for school. After 6am and I've only walked one mile so far. I think I can squeeze in another one before I have to take him out to the bus.

Good calories, and fiber, and protein. Lunch sounds delicious! Have you ever tried drinking decaffeinated herbal teas? I love them and they are healthy.

my doctor told me the artificial sweetener does something in our bodies that make us crave carbs and hold onto fat. I've cut WAY back on diet sodas since July and I've been able to start losing weight.
