I haven't had time to chart my food online lately, but I do have a book that I keep in my kitchen and with me at all times. I have been working out for the past four days and it has been amazing... I finished a workout room in our garage.... treadmill, weight bench, boxing bag, free weights, and exercise ball... lets not forget the stereo that I love to "blast" the music. I have been sooooooo charged up that after I exercise at night I can not sleep for five hours later. Wow, never thought I could actually feel this way.....my weight is going down and I am hoping that I can make it past the 200 pound mark and when I do ..... it is going to be PARTY TIME!!!! I want to wish good luck to all of my diet friends and wish them and everyone good luck this week.
