I weighed 163.4 yesterday morning and 163.2 today. I don't have as many social obligations this weekend so I am hoping that my only increase from the weekend will be due to the sudden increase in running during my Saturday soccer match. I was hoping to get a glimpse of 162 this week-- and that may well come on the weekend. One challenge that I confront right now is the desire to maintain or even increase my strength for climbing while losing weight, so I need to get just the right level of calorie deficit while keeping a high level of protein. So far it is going well- I still am not tired of my tuna lunches and my protein shakes.
