Not a good week, so I'm happy to only have a slight gain. Celebrated the dissipation of Erika by going out for wings and beer, then in the middle of the week I had two days of munchies where I couldn't get enough to eat, but nothing satisfied me. At least on those days I stuck to fairly healthy snacks - just a lot of them. Would have been worse in the old days when munchies meant bags of chips and some kind of creamy dip.
It is a new week, today is college colors day, so I am wearing my Seminoles shirt to work. Tomorrow is their first game of the season, go 'Noles! The shirt is much looser than the last time I wore it. I am going to use that as a reminder when I go to Lunch Bunch today that it's all about the company not about the food.
